The tenant is obligated to use the rented property and its furniture carefully and any instructions of appliances need to be followed strictly. Any damage has to be reported immediately to the owner or representative.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 8
The maximum number of guests is limited to eight (8) persons.The Homeowner will charge an extra cost of 60 USD / night per additional person to the registered booking number of persons, no matter the age of the extra people. This amount will be paid on claim made by the Homeowner. In case of refusal by the TENANT, the owner may refuse to rental without any refund to the TENANT.
Visitors will only be permitted once written approval has been given by the HOMEOWNER.
NOISE AND DISTURBANCE
The Tenant acknowledges and agrees that in case of causing unreasonable noise and/or inconveniences the neighbors of nearby or adjacent houses, the Owner might terminate the Agreement. The Owner shall give the Tenant a 12 hours notice by letter, email, or service by a court officer. Upon termination, the Tenant must vacate the premises and remove all its belongings from it. If the Tenant remains on the premises he will be considered a trespasser and might be rightfully ejected after exhausting the proper proceedings. In such a case, the Tenant will not have any right to compensation nor reimbursement for any advances, deposits, or down-payments."
