Date of Stay December 5, 2015 Helpful votes:0/0 This Lanikai bungalow lets you truly experience the Hawaiian way of life without the hassle and cost of a commercial hotel. The bungalow is only a block away from the ocean with off-street parking, has easy access to a washer and dryer, and comes with a private patio surrounded by lush foliage (including a banana tree!). Even with Hawaii's breezes, it was nice to have the option of air conditioning in the bedroom (which we used several nights). Chairs, beach towels, and bikes are all readily available. Our hostess Lynn was welcoming and gracious. Enjoyed our meal at Buzz's and looked forward to our daily coffee from Kalapawi Market in nearby Kailua. Hiked to the pillbox behind the bungalow for the spectacular view!
