IMPORTANT: The front door is a secure double cylinder lock. The door closes and "locks" without a key; that is, you cannot open it from the outside if it slams shut.
Even if you have a spare key you cannot open the door from outside if you happen to leave a key inserted on the inside.
(Solution to this will be to call a Locksmith, which I am sure all of us will want to avoid)
With that said, remember to remove the key from inside lock at all time when going outside.
Please note as well that the terrace slide door cannot be opened from outside. DO NOT close when you are on the terrace especially when you are alone in the house, the slide door can only be opened from inside the house when closed.
If keys are lost or stolen and locks require changing, the cost of replacement will be charged to the tenant. All guests will be required to sign a Rental Contract & send back with a copy of national identity.

When I travel I always want to live in a cozy home where I can feel at home and where there is little distance to most things so that I can walk to the beach, grocery store etc. I want my guests to enjoy spending time at my house and feel at home. My motto right now is, since I have a garden I will try to grow organic spices that YOU my guests are more than welcome to harvest, water/tweaking when needed if you wish.
When you are in Nerja, do not forget to visit La Heradura, Frigiliana, Maro and Mijas. You will love it.

The white-washed village of Frigiliana is regularly cited as being the most beautiful village in Andalucia and provides a fantastic day trip. It consists of narrow, windy streets with decorative paved alleys. The very picturesque Frigiliana is only 15 min by bus from Nerja.
There is a hiking track through Rio Chilla and starts near the apartment.
La Caleta de Maro:
Playa de Maro, this beach deserves a special mention in any ‘best of list´ 20 minutes walk from the apartment, a small town with restauranger, café and beaches.
Cueva de Nerja:
A trip to Andalucía would not be complete without a visit to the Nerja Caves, one of Spain’s most popular and spectacular historical sites.
La Herradura:
Beautiful La Herradura (Costa Tropical) 15 min by bus.
Río Chilla:
Placed firmly in the summer itineraries of many families along the Costa del Sol is a hike up the Chillar River. The walk is increasingly popular and does get crowded at weekends.
Nerja Villas Capistrano:
A pleasant walk (10min) from the apartment is Capistrano Village with restauranger, cafe, etc.
Walking distance (30min) beaches, town etc, through relaxed atmosphere and the quiet and green areas.
