Why This Property?
A third generation California native, I love our So Cal beach towns. While searching for a vacation property for our extended family, I fell in love with Ole Hanson's vision of a Spanish Village by the Sea. Much of it still survives in the white stucco buildings and red tile roofs emblematic of the city's charming historic downtown.
Unique Benefits
A few Ole Hanson properties still in existence have a casita, but none have a full-size kitchen and separate bedroom. We especially like that our casita is upstairs, making the two spaces more private. Gated/secure parking for four cars -- off-street parking is a must in San Clemente, where parking is at a premium year round. Wonderful stay

Casa Miramar is a wonderful place to stay. The house has wonderful character and is most inviting, warm, and incredibly comfortable. Cameron has taken care of so many details to create a fantastic vacation rental. She has anticipated just about anything a traveler may need when arriving at a new destination. We have stayed at many apartments/homes over the years and this one is among the most well-cared for that we have enjoyed. Thank you!

Historical Charmer

What a pleasure to stay in this historical charmer that has been well cared for and meticulously decorated and equipped for entertaining and beach going. San Clemente is one of the last great beach cities in So Cal that has held on to its charm and diversity. Casa Miramar is the perfect central location to all San Clemente has to offer: taqueria to fine dining; the new outlet mall; and great beaches/waves. This has by far been my best Air B&B experience as far as professionalism of the owners and the quality of the property.

What a great stay

What a great stay! Having three teens, we were so happy to find Casa Miramar. Everyone was able to have their own very comfortable bed and space. The house is lovely, close to restaurants and shops. We spent several days trying different beaches and Cameron provides chairs, towels, boogie boards, even toys. Cameron was fantastic with communication; very straightforward and friendly. We found check in and check out very easy. All and all a wonderful stay and if we came back to San Clemente we would definitely stay there again!

Stupendous--fantastic location

Our time at Casa Miramar was stupendous. The location is fantastic- be it beach or town amenities that you are looking for. The house is an amazing historical Spanish place that is totally updated. Everything there is top notch and Cameron spared no expense in making the house perfect. Her descriptions were exact, the house was clean to a T, and she was the host with the most. The house was perfect for our small family and we rented the Casita also for my mother. Don't hesitate to book this place for a second if you are into houses with unique and special character. It was the vacation of our dreams. We will positively be back!
