I am very flexible on cancellations depending on the circumstances, i.e. health related or family emergency. Generally, if I am able to re-rent for the period, the renter will get a 100% refund.

House Rules
Most of the neighbors are full-time residents so I ask that renters respect their right of quiet enjoyment, so no loud noise. That is why it is not suitable for small children. A copy of the Association Rules are available in the condo.

After looking for five years along the California coast from Santa Barbara to San Diego, I chose Coronado because I loved the Village atmosphere but close to all the amenities of a big city. The locals are very friendly and patriotic as it is a big military town, with Naval Air Station at North Island and the Navy Seals training camp to the south.
