Deposit Requirements
$1,000 at signing of Rental Agreement. The deposit becomes a Security Deposit upon check-in and is not applied to the rent. As required by California law, the Security Deposit will be refunded within 21 days after check-out minus any cleaning, loss or damage.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
I am very flexible on cancellations depending on the circumstances, i.e. health related or family emergency. Generally, if I am able to re-rent for the period, the renter will get a 100% refund.

House Rules
Most of the neighbors are full-time residents so I ask that renters respect their right of quiet enjoyment, so no loud noise. That is why it is not suitable for small children. A copy of the Association Rules are available in the condo.
