It is located on the 12th floor of the BayView Grand Residencial facing WSW. with a lovely balcony overlooking the sweep of Ixtapa Bay with wonderful sunset views.
Front bedroom has access to balcony and back bedroom faces the mountains and overlooks the golf course, Palma Real.
Paintings adorn the walls and a full length mirrored wall in the lounge enhances the space and light,
Complex has four pools, gym and spa, tennis court, large restaurant poolside, landscaped gardens and is located on the beach. One golf course, Palma Real across the street and the other, the Marina Golf Course, 2kms away.

Reviews
This was our 2nd consecutive year in David's and Anna's condo at the Bayview Residential and our extended stay - 8 weeks vs last year's 6 weeks - was once again blissful. We ate in 4-5 nights per week - the view from their 12th floor terrace is to die for - and the kitchen is fully equipped. One factor that I'd omitted in my first review is to mention how nice the staff at the Residential are. And the sincerest recommendation I can make is that we have already reserved for next year. Thank you David and Anna for taking such good care of our home away from home!
Casa Mariposa -Great Beachfront 2 Bedroom 5 of 5 We stayed in the 2 bedroom Casa Mariposa unit, and we loved it! The condo is clean, spacious, comfortable and has everything you need in the well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and laundry room. The views and sunsets are beautiful and the crashing waves lulled us to sleep at night. The Bay View Grand property is also clean, safe and just beautiful. The location cannot be beat. Exceeded our expectations-truly exceptional 5 of 5 The bay itself is truly a wonder and the view from the terrace unequaled. There is no doubt that they chose their unit well as it is truly one of the best located at the BVGR. The owners, David and Anna, are kind, generous and helpful. We greatly appreciated their recommendations as far as where to do our groceries, Commercial Mexicano, buy local produce and fish, Mercado Municipal, the best restaurants, interesting excursions, Troncones, Isla Ixtapa, Playa Linda... Clearly, they are intent on providing their guests with an experience to cherish. Their comments on the air conditioning were spot on: we only used the air conditioning on 4 or 5 occasions, mainly because of the noise on New Year's Eve and Saturday nights... and in my case I worked full-time the last 2 weeks of our stay, and the ocean and mountain breeze were more than enough to keep me comfortable throughout the day. This is the second year that we have rented David and Anna's fabulous condo and again we couldn't have been happier!! They have everything you need and it is all first rate. Being on the 12th floor, the view is spectacular! We greatly enjoy the comfy furniture on the balcony for morning coffee and the best sunsets anywhere!!! The location is great because you are so close to everything! Loved walking the beach where we ran into David and Anna every day. You wouldn't meet two nicer and more genuine people anywhere, let alone paradise! They were always so helpful and made sure our vacation was first rate. We love Ixtapa! David and Anna truly make it super relaxing and ultra enjoyable. Their accommodations are PARADISE in paradise! Can't wait until we're retired because two weeks is not long enough. We will be back!
