OBX Beach Paradise has easy beach access (just 3 houses from ocean!), a private swimming pool, hot tub, and a large fenced in yard with an affordable price tag!
This comfy cottage is the perfect beach getaway and has everything you need for a great family vacation. You and your family will enjoy an easy walk to the beach with access through the private neighborhood path (less than 2 minute walk). OBX Beach Paradise is situated on a quiet street and features a private 10x20 pool, hot tub, and recreation area for fun in the evenings with air hockey and a foosball table.
Our spacious floor plan includes two living rooms and a bright sunny kitchen with plenty of seating for the entire family.
Relax with your morning cup of coffee in the screened porch or sun deck. Spend your days sunbathing by the private pool or splashing around with the kids at the beach. Soak your stress away under the stars in the bubbling hot tub. Enjoy cooking your meals out on our charcoal grill by the pool or preparing them in the well stocked kitchen. If you don’t feel like cooking, you’re just a few minutes away from the best restaurants the OBX has to offer!

Ground Level: Enclosed outside shower, pool, hot tub, game room with TV, foosball, air hockey, and washer/dryer.
Top Level: Screened Porch, living room with flat screen TV and DVD player. Main King master bedroom includes slider to screen porch, TV and DVD player, private bathroom. Second master bedroom with Queen, Pyramid Bunk, full bathroom and TV/DVD/VCR. Third bedroom with Pyramid Bunk, Twin Bunks, 1 Twin Roll-away and TV, full hall bathroom. Second living room with TV and DVD player. Kitchen and dining area, Sun deck over the pool area. Ceiling fans in every room.
Linens: Comforters, pillows, bath mats, and kitchen towels are provided. You provide your own linens (sheets, pillowcases, shower and beach towels) or they can be rented through a local company. Recommendations can be provided.
During Summer Season Turnover Day: Saturday
Off season turnover can be arranged for any day.
3 Night minimum stay during non peak summer season. 2 night stays can be arranged with the addition of a $100 cleaning fee. We can accommodate any turnover day from Jan - May 12 and Sept 30 - Dec 31.

Great place one block from the ocean but also close to stores, restaurants and parks. Huge kitchen table for the whole family to have meals together and a nice king size bed for mom and dad. The dog loved it. Definitely will come back.
What an amazing time we had with our son and his family. Grandkids first trip to the beach! Thank you so much for making our first vacation in way to many years so much fun!
We LOVED our stay at The Outer Banks Beach Paradise during the July 4th holiday. Talk about starting vacation with a bang! Fireworks everywhere to welcome us! This house is located in Kitty Hawk at about Mile Post 4.5 between the beach road and the bypass, much closer to the beach road! The walk to the beach was minimal, down about 4 houses and then about 3 lots to the beach road, cross the road to the access walk to the beach. The boarded access walkway over the dunes was easy, not to high and the beach was beautiful! This section of the beach is well maintained and has lots area to play, sit and stroll. We swam all week, and the lifeguards were roving back and forth throughout the day. Everyone in our party knew how to swim so not having a permanent guard was a non issue. There is a public beach and bathhouse just to the south, a long walk, or a short drive, if you want a guard, OR if you want to come Sat, miss the traffic onto the island, stay at the beach while you wait until the house is ready, this is the way to go! The house is SO comfortable and maintained. The parking was ample, and with 4 cars we needed that. We were a party of 9 adults and 2 dogs and we had more than enough room for more. We especially liked the open floor plan of the kitchen! We sat around the table for dinner and made most of our meals there with more than 1 cook in the kitchen that was great! The kitchen had everything we needed! I was pleasantly surprised! The pool and the hot tub made this home extra special! The deck off the back was nice and the fenced in yard was a bonus for the dogs and privacy for us. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions before the trip and everything went as planned so I did not need to talk to her during our trip! Nice. We visited the Sand Dunes, the piers, shopping, and had already done the Wright Brothers Memorial and The Lost Colony Outdoor Theatre. All are recommended if you visit! The weather was so nice we did not want to leave the beach or the pool. When we did come in for the night the extra living room gave the house a great way for everyone to relax, either together or for some private time to read. TV's are everywhere and the interior decorating was light, tasteful, new and beach themed. I loved having the washer, dryer, and extra fridge on the ground floor. We would rent this house again!
We were there last week and it was fantastic. I loved that everything was so close and the owners of the house were terrific and the house was perfect. It has a yard for the dogs and the pool was maintained very well. I would certainly come back the next time we go.
