Since 2008 we are renting out our 3 apartments to travellers. We are acting as private vacation rental hosts. All apartments are official licensed and in line with legal regulations.

Why This Property?

The surrounding is unique. Our village in the southern Munich area is a rural and non-industrial area. The neighbor village Aying has a brewery and is well known for its beergardens.

Unique Benefits

There is a metro train station in 7 minutes walking distance, which takes you to Munich downtown in 30 min. The ticket for unlimited local travel for a group of 5 is just around EUR 16,10! On the other side you can take your car and travel towards the mountains and Austria in around 1 hour.
