We also offer you a 32" TV in every Bedroom and Free-WiFi connection in the house and garden and also free calls to the local landline and a printer/fax.
The Kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need. The Kitchen is directly connected to the Livingroom and the terrace with pool, so that you can easily serve food. Our Patio-set contains a big-table and chairs for up to 6 people and a BBQ-Grill.
We are also offering chances for sunbathing next to the pool.The Economyroom contains a washer and a dryer.

9. Please be kind to the neighbors and avoid disturbances and loud noise after 10pm by the pool or in the garden, normal volume is of course fine.
10. For the pool and beach we have enough towels, beach chairs, a parasol and some cooling boxes and bags for you.
11. If you use the grill / BBQ, please clean it yourself, otherwise we will charge an additional $ 60.00, Gas is not include in the rent) please buy a new filling)
12. Pool heating costs about $ 15.00 a day

You can find our 150 squaremeter sized house on a big garden-plot with screened and heated pool. The community of Kings Lake is therefore awarded by its beautiful position in east Naples. Naples is one of the most beautiful, richest and safest cities in the United States.
The long beach and the famous shopping and dining place on the 5th Avenue. The Supermarket "Publix" is virtualy around the corner. Our house got 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Our well-planed house has a lot of retreats, because the masterbedroom with its own Bathroom and its own door to the pool is isolated of the other bedrooms by the livingroom and the kitchen, so that you could easily live there with friends and other families.

Wonderful two month vacation in Naples

My husband and I rented this property for January and February 2016. The home was clean and well-maintained. The layout of the home provides privacy and the rooms are large and bright with a great outdoor space around the pool. The owners and manager were easy to contact and returned our calls or emails promptly. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet with friendly neighbors. We plan on renting this property in the future when we return to Naples. My family and friends that stayed with us during our visit were equally impressed and would also rent this property when staying in Naples.

The house was perfect! Our favorite part was opening the sliding doors and doubling the living space. We lived in the pool...amazing. Definitely the way to travel, we made ourselves at home. Clean, easy to navigate, and all the beach necessities at your fingers (umbrella, cooler,chairs,toys). Perfect location. We will definitely be making this trip again and would love to stay here when we do!! Thank you
