Why This Property?
We purchased our Beach front home early 2012 and with the home came this Duplex shared by 2 other beach front home owners. It was built in 2005 to be used when friends and family came to visit. It was rarely used, so we decided to put it in the rental market when it was not occupied.

Great Location on Bonita Beach

We've been coming to Bonita Beach for almost 30 years and we'd highly recommend this rental. Only a short walk across the street to the beautiful beach and gorgeous sunsets. Unit was spacious, very clean and organized with everything you might need. Nice patio downstairs with table and chairs and gas BBQ overlooking the bay (where we often saw dolphins, manatees and jumping fish).
