We've owned property in Highlands for 12 years and purchased this home as a vacation seasonal rental in early 2015. We split time between Highlands, Naples FL and Denver CO. Highlands is our sanctuary away from the chaos of everyday life!

Why This Property?
This home offers both a fabulous location and a very peaceful setting. The ability to walk to town (with no hills per my wife) is our most important criteria. Our neighborhood is adjacent to the Highlands Biological Station, Nature Center and Lindenwood Lake so you can walk right out the front door into a magical mountain setting in one direction and town in the other. Perfect.
