Guys!!! If you are thinking about renting this place...do it! You will not regret it. It looked good when we got it but...when we got there I was stunned at how awesome it was. It was so perfect! The beach is out of this world and soooo close to the house. Perfect location!!! I will definitely stay here again.❤️

Great for a large family!

Pa Hauoli is the perfect place to stay with a large family. We were 6 adults and 12 kids (ages 1-16). This gorgeous house is in a secluded ( and quiet) neighborhood. The house sits upon a hill overlooking a large beautiful front yard where the kids were able to run around, play soccer, or flag football. The house also has a wrap-around porch and is delightful to sit out there in the evenings and feel the rush of the cool ocean air. There were more than enough beds to accommodate our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, dishes and cookware.There were plenty of boogie-boards and snorkeling gear for the kids. The back yard has several tables for eating and also an outside shower to wash off the sand before coming into the house. There is a small trail to go down to the beach, which is private. The view from the beach is stunning. There is an island close by (Goat Island) which one can canoe or kayak to. Bill and Nancy ( the property managers) were excellent!! They are very helpful and friendly. They put up baby gates by the stairs before we arrived and came every other day to pick up the trash. We could not find a waffle-maker, called Bill and within a short time he brought one over for us to use. Bill was also very helpful to give us suggestions on places to eat and even called us one day to inform us about a children's fair that the kids would like. I would highly recommend this beach house (Pa Hauoli) to anyone, especially those with large families. A beautiful place to spend a vacation and to make fond memories !! Monica

Good times!

Had a wonderful time with family for a full week. The close proximity to all the North Shore hot spots was convenient, not to mention the Polynesian Cultural Center. Highly recommend the food trucks near the Sugar Mill. Giovanni’s Shrimp Truck and Thong’s Thai were outstanding. If you’re in the mood to cook, Bill turned us on to Ken’s seafood about a mile south. Had Marlin and Sword Fish one night. ( dirt cheap IMO ) But back to the house, the high def tv with cable was great. We walked out to the beach two or three times a day and swam. Did see a sea turtle once and a few fish. Highly recommend driving to Sharks cove during summer months to Snorkel. Amazing! The outdoor shower was cool. Bill was always available. You’ll be in good hands. Hope you all enjoy your stay as much as we did. Peace out from Boise, Idaho.

Lillian F.DIAMOND BAR The house was steps away from our own private beach. The grounds were beautiful, we had a great time playing croquet when we weren't in the water! Well stocked home is an understatement, we had everything we needed. We had 3 generations on this trip, with something for everyone. Plenty of water toys and they even had a posted number for kayaks to be delivered to our door. Bill is friendly, we felt right at home immediately and he was very helpful with local tips. Swimming to Goat island was especially cool. It's a beautiful location away from the crowds. I have and would continue to recommend this property to my family and friends.

The home was exactly the way it was described in the listing. It was very clean and maintained. Bill and Nancy were wonderful to work with. They always answered our calls and willing to come over if we needed anything. One of the best things about the home are all of the extra things that it has to make your stay enjoyable. Boogie boards, surf boards, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs and towels, sand toys and everything you would ever need in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. We would love to go back! Thanks for helping us have a wonderful vacation!

This LARGE BEACHFRONT 5 bedroom, 4 Bath Home sits off of a Private Access Road and is PERFECT for your Private Get-a-way or Family Vacation where everybody needs room to breathe.
Upstairs, The 3 Bedrooms, (2 of which are Oceanside) have a Queen bed each and there is a Full Bathroom on each end of the house. The Spacious Kitchen has room for more than one Chef and has our standard amenity's such as Stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Toaster Blender and more. It is open to the Living and Dining Area for ease of conversation while preparing your meals. The Dining area seats 10 plus an additional seating for 3 at the pass bar. Rather dine outside ? There is a Picnic table in the large makai (Oceanside) yard and several more on the covered deck mauka (Mountainside) where the gas grill is located. Simply pass through their sliding glass doors to get to either of these areas.
The Living area has a large Flat Screen TV wall mounted above the King size Puune'e (which provides additional sleeping accommodations with an Ocean view) and there is a DVD player. Of course, wireless Internet service is provided.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, two on one side of the home, the other opposite, each with a Queen bed. Two of these bedrooms are Ocean side for a Spectacular view of the Pacific while lying in bed. There is a full Bathrooms on each end of the upstairs. Downstairs are two more Bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and set of Trundle beds (full and single each ). There is another Full Bath in between their Hallway right next to the Laundry Room which has Front load Washer and Dryer.
Malaekahana Bay is just about everyone's idea of the perfect Hawaiian beach. With it's limited access, it's mile long crescent shaped bay appears deserted but you may bump into the occasional fisherman whipping for Papio or the venerable throw net master and is perfect for Swimming, Snorkeling, Surfing, Boogie Boarding, Kite Surfing and walking the Beach combing for the Famous Glass Balls. Malaekahana Beach has plenty of popular reviews including Frommers, Home and Abroad, Sunset and Trip Advisor. In the old Hawaiian day's, it was known as a place of Sacred Refuge for the Heart, Mind and Soul. Walk down the beach a bit to Mokuauia, also known as Goat Island. About 750 off the Malaekahana beach, this island holds two of the sweetest little sandy beaches of its own. The island is a protected Turtle and seabird sanctuary, but is accessible. Take a stroll around the island on it's trail and when you find your spot on the beach to enjoy the view of Oahu from offshore, lay back in the sand on your own little deserted island. Excellent Snorkeling. When you get back from your adventure, there is an Outside Shower for your use as well as an additional enclosed bathroom with shower accessible from outside of the home. Restaurants, horseback riding, hiking, ocean sports, and many other activities are very close by.
Two miles south of Laie is Foodland Grocery store and other local dining as well as a few franchise establishments. BYU and the Polynesian Cultural Center are within 3 miles. To the North 1 mile is the City an County Kahuku Golf course and 3 miles away is Turtle Bay Resort where there are 36 holes of championship golf a Pro shop and a extensive tennis facility. Casual as well as Fine Dining are available here.Another ten minutes away is the famous surfing beaches of Oahu's North Shore including “Sunset”, "Pipeline" and “Rocky Point”. Two miles more will get you to Sharks cove and "Waimea Bay".
