Why This Property?
We chose this property because of the location and proximity to downtown, the Recreation Trail and the beach. The location is perfect for those who like to leave the car parked and walk or bike around. The size of the property (our home plus two rentals) allows us flexibility to host visitors, friends and family or a combination of all of those with ease and privacy for everyone.
Unique Benefits
This property is unique because of the arrangement- a welcoming patio space sits in the middle of the property and can be shared by both rentals together, just one rental or by us - it is a very flexible set up that can accommodate a variety of needs.
