The apt is furnished with a full kitchen that is equipped with a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, bagel toaster, induction cooktop hotplate, and basic cookware.
The bed is a new pillow top queen sized bed, with high thread count sheets, and 4 pillows, two that are soft and two that are firm. We provide towels, wash cloths, hand soap, makeup remover sheets, shampoo, and conditioner. We also provide insect repellant and essential oils that repel mosquitos naturally.
Your room is also equipped with a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and blackout curtains. There is a writing desk in the kitchen area and a sitting area for reading in the bedroom.
The TV is equipped with cable that includes premium channels, such as HBO and Showtime, and a DVD player/recorder. There is also a Roku device installed on the TV to make neflix and hulu streaming possible.
There is high speed WIFI throughout the home and patio areas. The property contains coconut trees and palm tree, three of which are mature Royal Palms which make a lovely white noise on breezy days and nights.
The front of the property is well lighted by two antique street lamps.

In the Spring, during early evening hours, you may hear mating calls from nearby wild peacocks. The neighborhood is a quiet area where folks drive around in golf carts. We are 1.5 miles from the bay and a mile from scenic Old Cutler Road, which leads to beautiful tourist areas, such as The Deering Estate, Matheson Hammocks Park/Marina( our nearest beach about 20 mins away), Fairchild and Pinecrest

We are only about a 45 minute drive from picturesque Key Largo, Florida
Most of our shopping is along US1 which is 1.2 miles to the west, and our closest shopping mall and cinema is Southland Mall, only 2.1 miles from home.
During the winter and spring months, Burr's Farms are open which consist of "U-pick" strawberry, tomato, herb, and veggie gardens. The heirloom chocolate tomatoes and yellow dot tomatoes are best eaten right off the vine! Nearby Knauss Berry Farm offers freshly made cinnamon buns on a daily basis that attract crowds of locals and tourists and are well worth the wait.
We are also within a few miles of historic Cauley Square and Railroad Village offering a glimpse of Old South Florida.
Award winning Zoo Miami is only 4 miles away and makes for an excellent day trip.
We have two sports bars/grills which locals love about a mile away, Cutler Bay Sports Bar offers live entertainment on weekends. Rod Benders offers seafood and steaks in addition to the usual eats.
We are 4.2 miles north of Blackpoint Marina which offers boat rentals, patio dining, and a walking/ fishing trail along Biscayne Bay.

We are a pool home that offers a 8 foot deep pool home. We have two bikes that we lend out to our guests. In the winter we have a nice firepit that you can relax and toast smores on.
