About the Property
Newly remodeled 1 bedroom apartment with 1 bath. The bath includes an oversized tile shower with island decor. King bed and queen size pullout couch. The apartment is very large and approximately 1,000 square feet in and out with a screened in porch. Beautiful ocean views as well as the view of St. Thomas and neighboring islands across the water. Newly remodeled 1 bedroom apartment with 1 bath. The bath includes an oversized tile shower with island decor. King bed and queen size pullout couch. The apartment is very large and approximately 1,000 square feet in and out with a screened in porch. Beautiful ocean views as well as the view of St. Thomas and neighboring islands across the water. Mature fruit trees on property so you can pick your own starfruit, papaya, passion fruit, and coffee beans.
All amenities are included such as a full kitchen with all cooking utensils. We have both oven and range and there is a new outdoor barbecue. We even have a blender for smoothies! We provide all beach gear including a cooler, noodles, snorkel gear, and beach chairs. We have WiFi and dish TV including Netflix. We have a bluetooth speaker system in the apartment and we even offer a local Apple cell phone included for all our guests (in case you don't have AT&T). We also have a washer and dryer for added convenience (additional fee applies).
We have a wall unit air conditioner along with ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom.
Apartment is located in the Gifft Hill neighborhood of St John. We recommend you rent a car but this apartment is conveniently located to Cruz Bay with only an 8 minute drive. We are located only about 20 minutes to all the pristine and popular beaches on the North Shore. Jeeps are recommended for rentals as they have four wheel drive and many streets on island are bumpy and steep.
This rental is a two unit private island house and the owners live in the other unit so we are readily available for any needs of our guests. Our mission is that our guests have the most incredible vacation ever!

I am a single mom of 3 great kids! We recently decided to use our downstairs as a short term rental as the house was a little too big for us and we can use the income we generate from the rental toward the kids' school tuition and our vacations. We bought the house in 2013 and have been performing many upgrades since. We want our guests' experience to be the best vacation experience ever!

Why This Property?
I chose to buy this home in 2013 after I sold my stateside financial services business. I wanted to provide my children with an alternative lifestyle of growing up on an island in the Caribbean! It's been a true adventure since!
