Our tennis view Villa is largest 2 BD/2BA condo and includes a MAGTAG washer/dryer inside the villa (others have to use coin operated machines).
Condo has full kitchen with granite counter top and tile backsplash. Three flat screen TV's and DVD player with DVD collection. Deli/gift shop onsite. 3 Pools including indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and free use of 6 lighted Tennis court. 24/7 security. Several golf courses nearby and bike path connects to rest of island.
Beach cart, 4 beach chairs and beach umbrella for guest use!
Hilton Head Resort is a family friendly / affordable resort ... great price for comfortable condo (not a luxury resort).

The owner of this property requires a 25% down payment to reserve and full payment 30 days before check-in.
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.

I have been meaning to email you but have been playing catch up for several days now because of missing work. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your condo. It was a beautiful condo and we loved the central location to everything. The boardwalk was a nice walk to the beach and the "privacy" of the beach was fantastic! I do not know the last time we went to any beach and it was not over-crowded during the peak summer months. Everything was a smooth transaction for us. Checking in to get through the gate was easy, getting to the room was easy, leaving was easy. I could not ask for a better trip. We had no problems at all. I'm hoping the cleaning person had an easy job as well. My wife is OCD about things being cleaned, so we had the place as clean as we could get it before we ever left. Again this was a wonderful vacation and want to thank you again for allowing us to stay in your place. If we come down to Hilton Head in the future, I will be looking at sending you an email to hopefully stay in your place again. Thank you for everything and the smooth transaction. Adam

Hi Bill and Audrey! We had such a wonderful time! I want to move to Hilton Head! Ha!! We got a 2017-18 restaurant Menu guide that I am going to leave if that is ok.
