About the Property
Sunset Beach is a quiet beachside 12 condo resort just south of San Pedro on Ambergris Caye. Third floor two bedroom/two bath Condo C3, described in this listing, has an amazing view over the beach out to the sea from its large covered veranda.

Sunset Beach is a quiet beachside 12 condo resort just south of San Pedro on Ambergris Caye. Third floor two bedroom/two bath Condo C3, described in this listing, has an amazing view over the beach out to the sea from its large covered veranda.
Let’s start on that large veranda — what a place to sit with your morning coffee or evening cocktail admiring the view of the waves crashing over the Belize Barrier Reef! The veranda is right off of the large living/dining area, which also has a queen sofabed plus futon and lots of comfy seating. Adjacent to that is your fully equipped kitchen with counter seating.
Head down the hall and on your right is a bedroom with a queen bed followed by the master bedroom, with king sized bed and en suite bath. On the left is a full bath followed by a bedroom with queen bed. You can enter this top floor condo either via a door off this hallway or via a door off the dining room.
The 1800 square foot condo has gabled ceilings which makes it very airy and spacious. The owners are very supportive of the San Pedro community and have decorated the condo with works of local artists–we’re sure you’ll love it!

In the fall of 2015, I was lucky enough to be able to buy my own apartment in Cartagena, Colombia, and rent out the second bedroom when I'm there and the whole apartment when I'm not.
