My wife Albina - she is an artist and designer. She loves paintings and arts, crafts and interior designs. And she is a doll creator now! She absolutely happy to create her dolls in such inspiring beautiful country like Dominican Republic.

Apartment located on the top floor of a low rise Ocean Dream Phase 8 building (3 floors) and because of this, it has cathedral ceilings which makes it feel larger than it is. Also being on the top floor, there are no neighbors above you :) The studio apartments are 600 square feet (55 sqm) and feature one large -L- shaped room. Entry is from a covered walkway outside then through the kitchen and dining area. The living and sleeping areas are separated by a room divider chest of drawers that serves as a base for a TV that can be viewed from either the king size bed sleeping area or the large leather sofa living area. The living room area connects to a balcony that overlooks a peaceful private garden and swimming pool. A hallway off the sleeping area contains a large closet and entry to a private bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. This 3rd floor apartment has a spacious high ceiling.
The apartment is constructed of the highest quality materials and features ceramic floor tiles and stainless steel fixtures. All furniture was tastefully designed and created to accent this beautiful apartment.

Another factor is that Ocean Dream Residence - Absolutely Quiet, gated community offers a private luxurious and spacious 2 and 3 bedroom condos as well as studio apartments. All of the units are surrounded by gorgeous tropical gardens, 7 swimming pools, a shopping plaza with a variety of unique shops and all within the comfort of a very secure gated resort! Located just about in the center of Cabarete in a secure, gated development at the beach. Plenty of offstreet parking and a commercial plaza with restaurants, shops, pharmacy etc. Within a short walk are amenities such as banks, a clinic, an ATM and many other restaurants including Mexican, French, Italian, vegetarian, sushi and more. Close to everything, but its own perfect quiet oasis.
Ocean Dream is a gated community with 24 hour security. A car is not necessary, but if you choose to have one there is parking located within the development.
The 6 km beach is about 30 seconds' walk from the condo door. To the right (east) of the beach are small restaurants, bars, and shops. To the left (west) is the Laurel Eastman kiteboarding school and launch site for kite and windsurf. Yoga classes are held at a hotel a short way down the beach.
Ocean Dream is without any doubt one of the most prestigious condo resorts in the north coast of the Dominican Republic, situated in the center of Cabarete Bay.
Remember: Once outside the gated courtyard of this beautiful vacation rental, everything is within a short walking distance.
