Listen to the waves washing ashore! This third floor 1850 square foot corner condo is situated right on the sandy beach of Bucerias. The view of the Bay of Banderas will thrill you, with wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and master suite opening onto the wrap-around terrace. Thirty feet of terrace overlooks the pool and quiet beach, and a twenty-foot terrace wraps around the side. This is the perfect spot to sit and sip your favorite refreshment and watch for whales and dolphins in the bay, or enjoy a spectacular sunset.
This is ideal for one or two couples, with a master bedroom and ensuite on the beach side and a guest bedroom and ensuite at the far end of the unit. The condo is elegantly decorated with modern decor and includes all the conveniences you might want, including: telephone, high-speed wireless internet (bring your own laptop or device), portable bluetooth speaker, air conditioning in each room, ceiling fans, FireStick TV, refrigerator/freezer with purified water/ice dispenser, five-burner gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, plenty of quality dishes, glasses and cooking utensils, washer and dryer, iron and board, linens, and beach towels. Please note that this is a non-smoking unit, and it is not suitable for children.
The condo building has only 12 units (mainly occupied by retired owners), and offers complete security with an intercom system and secure underground parking, an elevator, an infinity pool and landscaped pool deck area with gas barbeque and private stairs to the beach with an outdoor shower.
Condo Playa y Cielo is situated right on the beach in the lovely fishing village of Bucerias, just 30 minutes from Puerto Vallarta airport. The condominium is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the north side of Bucerias, and is only four short blocks to the town square, market, shopping and many restaurants.
Bucerias offers some of the best beaches on the bay and a chance to experience the charm of an authentic Mexican town. The relaxed pace of the town provides the perfect place to relax and unwind. Bucerias offers a great variety of coffee shops, art galleries, and quality restaurants including Italian, Mediterranean, fine dining, California cuisine, Asian cuisine, sports bars, bars with live music, as well as a good selection of Mexican restaurants - all within easy walking distance of the condo.
Activities nearby for those that don't just want to relax and soak up the sun include: golf, fishing, whale or dolphin watching, zip-lining, horseback riding, para-sailing, kite boarding, 'banana boat' rides, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, boogie boarding, and surfing further up the coast. Puerto Vallarta is a short bus ride, taxi ride, or drive away and offers excellent shopping and entertainment.
In the condo you will find our personalized guidebook to Bucerias with many helpful hints and suggestions for your convenience. Weekly full maid service is provided, and additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee.

The title of this review actually understates how well they treated us. We booked with Lindy and Alan in February for a stay over Easter 2020. From the onset, it was evident Lindy and Alan were extraordinary in terms of communication, information and engaging conversation. We are from Wisconsin and soon after booking our reservation the world was getting closed down due to Coronavirus. I inquired with Lindy what their cancellation policy would be under the circumstances and Lindy replied “no problem, we treat our guests as we would like to be looked after”. I think that just says it all! Today we regrettably cancelled our trip and Lindy and Alan stood by their word, which can at times be something hard to find these days. We are unable to stay at their beautiful condo this year, but I hope we can make the time in the future. Lindy and Alan; thank you so much for everything!
This was our third time staying in Lindy and Alan's wonderful condominium. Once again, the accommodation was simply perfect. the condo had everything to make your stay comfortable and unique. The attention to detail and the quality of supplies and housewares are unmatched. You can easily see that both Lindy and Alan take great pride in providing their guests with everything for carefree and truly unforgettable holiday. From the accommodations and location, to the breathtaking sunsets from your balcony, this place will provide a truly memorable visit to Mexico. Communication with the owners was effortless, with Lindy responding almost immediately to any question or concern, making you feel comfortable and welcomed.We look foreword in our next visit.

What a lovely place for such a delightful home. A condo clearly cherished by the owners as a home rather than a rental property. We spent most of February enjoying the comfort and ocean views of a property within walking distance of anything we wanted in Bucerias. An interesting and so far unspoilt town. Long may it stay that way. Would we go back, in a heart beat!
We had a wonderful time at Lindy and Alan’s condo. Lindy responded within minutes to every email I sent her, (and there were many) from my initial enquiry to my final thank you email. The condo was one on the nicest we ever rented. It was immaculate, and oh so beautifully decorated. So many 'extras': a fridge full of condiments, and enough cleaning supplies, paper towels, Kleenex etc to last a year. Yoga mats, beach bags, extra pillows, blankets, sunscreen moisturizer etc. Tons of high quality dishes, bowls, pots and pans etc, and an extra large dining table that comfortably sat eight. The washer and drier are top of the line. Maid service was great. We used the comfy beach chairs a lot. Not so much the umbrellas as there was shade on the beach from a few palapas near by. We made excellent use of the huge wrap around deck: two comfy loungers, other chairs that were great for morning coffee, and of course the table and four chairs for breakfast. The umbrella for the deck was sturdy and also used. The AC worked well, but we didn’t need it - the through breezes and ceiling fans were more than enough. Beds were really comfortable, high quality linens, and more than enough of fluffy towels. The pool and grassy area are very clean. Pool is not heated, but warm enough for me - and I don’t like cold pools! I liked it was open till 11pm, for a quite moonlight swim. Always enough chairs and space at the pool, and the folks I met (all them owners) were very friendly. The beautiful beach was very clean, and stretched for miles. I walked for two hours every morning, and everyone I passed smiled and wished me 'buenas días'. The town of Bucerías is delightful. Very safe, walkable and with excellent restaurants. The most we paid for a meal for two was $110CD, in one of the best restaurants (three courses each, bottle of wine, two cocktails, and two Irish coffees at 'Karens'.). We staggered home along the beach after! There are lots of excellent cheaper places. Thanks Alan and Lindy for a wonderful vacation! Carole"
