Beautiful red rock and golf course views from this newly painted and furnished home on the twelfth fairway of the Oak Creek Country Club golf course. Large flat screen LCD TV in great room with Cable, Tivo DVR, DVD player, and Roku streaming stick with Netflix and other apps. Large flat screen LCD TV in Master Suite with cable, Tivo DVR and Smart apps including Netflix.
For your privacy, the master suite is separated from the other bedrooms by the Living/Dining/Kitchen great room, and has a new super comfortable California King bed with new thermarest mattress with down topper, comforter and designer duvet cover - Like sleeping on a cloud. Two lavs, separate walk in shower, and separate toilet/bathtub area. Great views of the golf course and red rocks from the master and the second bedroom.
The other two bedrooms have brand new queen plush mattresses with designer comforters. Bedroom number two is a suite with it's own private bath, and the third bath is between the great room and next to the third bedroom.
The wrap-around deck is accessed from the great room and the master suite, with a large window from the second bedroom offering the same stunning view as the master and great room. The deck is about 30 yards off the fairway and out of range of the tee shot (the 12th hole is a par 5), so you don't have to worry about golf balls hitting you!!!
Check-in is 3:00 PM, Check-out is 10:00 AM
