From the living area and balcony, you have spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tops'l Wildlife Preserve. Everything in this condominium is new and updated. You will find custom cabinetry, unique artwork, new electronics, and gorgeous tile flooring. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will also fund a washer/dryer in the unit for your utmost convenience. The master suite has a king-size bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a private entrance to the balcony! The guest bedroom offers a twin bed and a brand new full with a hidden full trundle underneath! The Owner also just got brand new balcony furniture (07/2016). The addition of the queen sofa sleeper in the living area allows this condo to sleep nine people comfortably.
