Tennis courts and the community pool/hot tub are right out the back door and the Park City Municipal Athletic and Recreation Center (MARC) with racquet courts, sauna, full fitness center, including pool, hot tub, weight room, fitness classes (including yoga), indoor tennis, basketball, and kids game room and rock climbing is less than 2 miles away.
3 miles to Park City Mountain Resort and Canyons Resort (for stunning golf and skiing) and historic downtown, and 4 miles to Deer Valley.
We are directly adjacent to Round Valley Recreation Area which gives you access to over 400 miles of trails for biking and hiking within just 2 a minute walk from the townhouse. Trail maps are located under the Links section of this listing.
There is a Weber natural gas grill on the beautiful patio where you can enjoy an intimate dinner, the private hot tub and star gazing. We have a fire pit on the patio and marshmallow roaster sticks in the pantry. Our home has plenty of room for a fabulous family and multi-family vacation without anyone feeling on top of each other.
There is a ski rack in the garage for your skis, along w/ sleds for the kids, and a boot dryer in the entry way so your ski boots are ready to go every morning.
There are (4) mountain bikes in the garage you may use, 2 adult and 2 kids.
We are just 40 minutes from SLC Airport, 45 minutes to Cottonwood Canyons Solitude, Brighton, Snow Bird Alta.
Transport to Salt Lake City Airport is $45-50 and under 45minutes away. Private cab ride runs around $80.

We stayed at this lovely home for our winter family vacation this year, and we will next year as well ! The owners checked in on us when we arrived, and were quick to answer any questions we had. The home was better than the pictures show, we had a few families, and there was plenty of room for all. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. The location was in an amazing neighborhood and very close to town and all the ski resorts. You won't regret a thing booking this home.
Location was perfect! We had so much fun staying in your home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need for cooking. Hot tub was great. Everything was very CLEAN and well taken care of. We loved the big book of info that you left on the coffee table with recommendations of things and places to see. That was very helpful. The kids enjoyed playing on the tennis courts and the other toys you provided. The other nice touch about renting this home was that Karen specifically texted me to make sure everything was good. Very classy! My only negative would be that there was no dresser in the room with the twin beds. Otherwise it was a magnificent trip and home. We will be back! I recommend this home, it was truly gorgeous!
My family stayed here for Thanksgiving and absolutely loved it. Our 20-something year old kids really enjoyed the hot tub which was sparkling clean. The entire house was beautiful and very comfortable. We loved being able to pull up so many shows on Direct TV. It is a short drive to downtown Park City. The Owner was responsive to everything we needed and the house shows real pride-of-ownership. We would recommend and stay here again. Recommended for: Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers
This Park City home was the perfect winter get-away and skiers dream retreat. I reviewed many homes before selecting this beautifully decorated, modern, mountain home. While the description in the listing was very complete and impressive, we were even more impressed and pleased when we arrived. It is a gorgeous mountain retreat perfectly decorated with every amenity for every season a guest could desire. The home owners were so helpful and attentive. I received all instructions and directions well in advance of my arrive for a stress-free, low-maintenance start to my vacation. They checked on us to make sure we arrived and if I needed anything at all, they were very helpful to get back to me within minutes. Thank you! The home, the amenities, the list of local venues and activities made the vacation a truly relaxing, rejuvenating, skiers retreat. After a long day of skiing the hot tub was the perfect finale. The ease of access to all three Park City ski resorts was the main reason I wanted to stay in this neighborhood. We ski all three locations and we are minutes from each. I did not take the bus, but I do know that the bus comes to multiple locations for hassle free access to the slopes. However, I would recommend renting a car to travel all over Park City and Kimball Junction for shopping, spas, restaurants and sightseeing. Although, the home is so comfortable you may never want to leave. I would highly recommend this home for a large family, guys or gals group ski trip or golf outing, or any other special occasion for a large group. It is a lovely, but very cozy home large enough to accommodate 6-10 adults comfortably. We loved it so much we are going back in two weeks. Even if there is no snow, there are endless fun activities in Park City to keep us busy and entertained.
Not only was the location of this property fantastic for a family ski getaway but it was wonderfully maintained and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary cooking equipment and again... spotlessly clean. The location made it convenient to enjoy dinner at the many restaurants in Park City. We would definitely consider staying here again and would definitely recommend it.
