The restoring of the house was done in respect of a typical Burgundian house, stone floor, oak staircase, and beams etc.
All a close proximity to shops, bakers, supermarkets, restaurants and commodities. There is a baker, a bar and a restaurant at 900 m in Commarin. In 5 km there are two big supermarkets in the town of Pouilly en Auxois, and various shops including two chemists, hairdressers and a large medical center.
