Please check our availability calendar for the period you are interested in. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is payable at time of booking with the balance due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.

Cancellations:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be subject to the penalties as set out below:

Cancellation more than 10 weeks prior to arrival – loss of $500 deposit.
Cancellation between 60-30 days prior to arrival – loss of 50% of booked rental charge.
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival – loss of entire booked rental charge.

Owner reserves the right for a representative to enter the home for maintenance, repair or in the case of an emergency.

Given our schedules it seems that February/March is typically the time of year we are able to get away to enjoy our Florida vacation home.
