We require 50% payment (not including tax or other fee) to reserve, with the balance due on arrival. If you need to cancel, we will refund your deposit IF we are able to re-book the dates, regardless of how far in advance you cancel.

We own a small winery in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of New York. We live on the property, across the road from the cottage.
Why This Property?
We live right across the road and own and operate Lakeshore Winery. The cottage is right on the water. What's not to like?
