SD 402: This enormous two bedroom two bathroom all tile unit is directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, it has been recently UPDATED , the entire unit has been repainted, all new bedding in all bedrooms and new drapes. It has plenty of space for the entire family to relax and enjoy a fun-filled getaway at the beach. With a large balcony that has plenty of seating space and is accessible from both the master bedroom and the living area, all the pleasures of a warm Gulf sunset can become a wonderful memory. There are new black granite countertops in the fully equipped kitchen and both bathrooms . Full-size washer and dryer and TWO refrigerators make this unit comfortable for large parties as well as Snowbirds. The kitchen also has all of your major appliances, so a healthy home cooked meal while you're away is easy. In the master bedroom there is a king size bed with a memory foam mattress, a large walk in closet , and a large flat screen television. The matching furniture has plenty of drawer space so longer stays can be comfortably accommodated. The master bedroom is on the Gulf side so access to the 30 ft balcony with ample seating is available from this room as well as the main living space..
The second bedroom has two full size beds with pillow top mattresses, which is plenty of space for the kids. This room also features a flat screen TV. All in all this unit is perfect for those that need a little extra space with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.
All of our daily and weekly guests receive the following complimentary guest package: 2 beach chairs and umbrella set up for you on the beach (March 1 to October 31); 18 holes of golf with 1/2 cart at Shalimar Pointe Golf Club daily; one free pass to a 2-hour Dolphin Cruise daily, 1 adult pass to snorkeling daily (April - October); nightly movie rentals, FREE WIFI
