Why This Property?
We came to Indian Shores the winter of 1992 and fell in love with the area, so we purchased our condo. We saw what a wonderful place it is, for family vacation, we had 2 young girls, with very safe beaches, close to Disney and all other attractions.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful vacation! This condo was exceptional, very clean and spacious with an extraordinary view of the beach. While looking out the balcony's sliding door either from the comfortable king bed or from the cozy living room sofas, you are looking at the wide sandy beach and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The grounds have beautiful gardens and manicured lawns; fantastic heated outdoor pool and hot tub right on the beach, recreation room with ping pong table and even a library!!! The condo itself was lovely! Nice updates with neutral decor - which was very relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen with new granite counter tops. The furniture was laid out nicely with a beautiful dining table and six chairs; couch and chairs in the living room and a 50" inch LED TV with built-in Chrome cast! and plenty of space for comfortable sleeping - an amazing king bed, two doubles in 2nd room and 2 singles in third bedroom. There were plenty of towels and beach towels too. The unit is close to many restaurants, shopping and malls. A terrific choice and condo for a vacation...AAA+++ Recommended!!!

Great spot for family!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this condo. The unit was exactly as shown in photos. It was clean, updated and well furnished. The view from the balcony was simply amazing. The unit is tastefully decorated, has beach-feeling on the beach. Listening to the waves and watching the sunsets are the best. The garden area was beautiful and the beach was perfect. Pool and spa are very new and cleaned every morning. We had a peaceful and relaxing time. Home away from home. It’s a great spot for families. We will definitively stay again.

Ideal place, right on the beach

An ideal updated condo in an ideal area, right on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.The unit is updated to a coastal modern look with all the amenities we need. Kitchen with granite counter-top, fridge, stove, new microwave dishwasher and cooking utensils. Newly painted throughout. A stack-able washer-dryer is located in the unit. The beachfront view from the living room and master bedroom was spectacular. We would definitively stay here again
