About Del
My wife and I purchased Pelican 51 for a family vacation spot on the beach. We are retired and use the unit frequently and keep it fully stocked for the convenience of ourselves and guests.
Why This Property?
Pelican 51 has direct beach access from the ground floor, is sheltered from the wind. Since no rental agency is involved we maintain a well stocked unit. Abundant spices and other things in kitchen so the guests do not have to shop for everything to prepare their meals. Excellent beds and linens are updated regularly.
