Why This Property?
We purchased this property as a family home because of the beautiful and unique location and because of the timber frame design.

Downstairs features a home theatre, wood stove, sauna, 2 more bedrooms, laundry room and second three piece bathroom.
The house is situated on a beautiful flowing creek, complete with a dock and swimming hole. It is the perfect destination to relax, fish or swim. The trails throughout the 18 acre property and surrounding properties are great for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. The 3 season room is screened in and furnished with a new hot tub, custom swinging bed, wrap around couch with fire pit and a hightop table for dining.
The local area offers adventures for everyone. From golfing and wineries, to four wheeling, beaching and the speedway, there is always something to do.
