Beach Resort 312 has a lovely view of the ocean from the balcony of your condo. This is a small, family oriented 64-unit complex with beautiful landscaping and a 2-tier pool with zero entry. Beach Resort 312 has a lovely view of the ocean from the balcony of your condo. This is a small, family oriented 64-unit complex with beautiful landscaping and a 2-tier pool with zero entry. There is a water fountain for your children to enjoy. There are ample lounges, chairs, and tables for your enjoyment or just relaxing in the sun. We provide free beach service (an umbrella and two chairs) daily from March 1 until October 31.
The master bedroom has a very comfortable king sized bed with an en suite bath. There is also a bunk room with two bunk beds and it too has a full size bath.
It has a completely furnished kitchen with everything one would need to prepare any kind of meal. The living room has a 51" hi definition television. There is a sofa in the living room that converts to a queen size bed.
The unit comes with underground parking which is really nice if it's raining or extremely hot. I know you will enjoy your stay with us should you decide on our home.
