The Condo is only 4.5 miles from the Killington Access Road & 2 miles from Pico Ski Resort @ Killington. From the main driveway you can see the Killington Peak Headwall. At an elevation of 4,241' Killington Peak is the second highest mountain in Vermont. Leading you to these buildings is a private road/driveway. At the end of the driveway and in the woods is the in-ground swimming pool, poolside patio with tables, chairs, umbrellas with cabana, and two tennis courts with full perimeter fencing. At 1600' elevation, the summers are refreshingly cooler here. Also of interest in the Summer Time is 1 of 20 different Golf Courses within a 10 minute drive of the condo.
