1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M.
Early check in or late checkout can be requested but not guaranteed.
2. This is a NON SMOKING unit and a non smoking property.
3. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
4. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage deposit is required. This must be received sixty (60) days prior to your stay with you final balance payment. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable if all conditions are met.
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay, which includes time and postage to return items left in the condo by the guest.
c. All keys are left at front desk.
d. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
e. No linens & towels are lost or damaged.
f. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested but not guaranteed.
g. Parking passes are left inside the unit upon departure.
h. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, the security company employed by The Whaler.
i. Guest will notify owner immediately if something is not working correctly.
Upon check out:
*All debris, rubbish and discards are removed and placed in trash dumpster down hallway.
*All soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
*All opened items in the refrigerator shall be removed and put in hallway trash dumpster.
*Any missing/ broken or damaged articles will be charged to guest and deducted from deposit.
*Any towels and bedding ruined by suntan products, will be deducted from your deposit.
*All items shall be returned to the condo and left tidy.
*All furniture and plants
