I have stayed in both of Chuck's units and both are excellent. My favorite location on HHI. Chuck is a pleasure to deal with and does everything to make your stay enjoyable. The staff at Ocean One is friendly and the property is very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this location and look forward to my next trip.

We had a great experience in Hilton Head(Ocean one). It is a short walk to the beach & there is a beautiful view of the ocean from every porch. Clean & comfortable condo. There was a closet outside the room with several beach amenities that was helpful. We also really enjoyed the location where you could walk(or bike) to many different grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Thanks for answering my many questions and making this a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We are looking forward to returning someday soon!

We had a wonderful time. Chuck was great and when we arrived late looking for sheets for the sofa bed he immediately contacted the housekeeping and they were brought right up to us!!
