Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.

Rental Agreement issued at time of booking establishes all terms

We are frequent visitors to the Gatlinburg area and love all that is has to offer. This was our first cabin! We chose it because it is in a perfect location to enjoy the many activities available in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. It is quiet and relaxing and feels like you are miles from hustle and bustle, yet it is minutes from everything. High enough to have a view, but no hazardous roads to navigate to get there!
