Home has been remodeled and decorated with new furniture and bedding. There is a large fence surrounding the house for your privacy and peace of mind. Enter the residence through a private front patio that features west mountain views. As you enter using the keyless entry, you are greeted with high vaulted ceilings and polished concrete floors. The living room has a large flat-screen television and comfortable seating. The smart TV has 175+ HD channels, including HBO, Showtime and Cinemax by accessing the Spectrum online app. A Roku stick is also available so you can program your own subscriptions such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. The home is equipped with Wi-Fi.
The updated kitchen offers all of the modern day conveniences, including a gas range, coffee-maker, microwave, toaster, French press, cocktail blender, and the basic cooking essentials. Make the difficult decision to dine out on the town or enjoy the indoor or outdoor dining tables. Game night is a must with an arcade game table to play all your favorite classic games such as Ms. Pac-Man, Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Galaga, Frogger, Burger Time and many more, a total of 60 games, no quarters needed.
House has a wonderful pool that offers sun and shade during most of the day. Depending on the season, the pool can be heated for a daily fee. No charge to heat the spa. We have beach towels and some pool floats available. There is plenty of outdoor seating in the sun or in the shade. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner using the outdoor dining area and cook al fresco using the propane BBQ. At night, stargaze under the moonlight, breath in the desert air and relax near the table fire pit.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7 a.m. Occupants are subject to immediate citation and a fine for creating a disturbance if the neighbors report noise. Additionally per the Ordinance, guests will be required to be at least 25 years or older or accompanied by a parent and provide a copy of a valid government identification and sign an acknowledgement to be responsible for all occupants abiding to the vacation rental laws of the City.
