Welcome to Under The Stars~
A brand new, modern and fully furnished Kanab vacation home. Have you visited The Grand Circle? If so then you know how amazing this area is, if not then get ready for fun, entertainment, hiking, swimming, ATV adventure, friendly locals, history and so so much more. Our home is engulfed in the beauty of the red cliff canyon, in every direction you will find another beautiful back drop. Nestled in the prestigious La Estancia community with easy proximity to downtown Kanab, grocery, and many top notch restaurants.

Our home was just built and is furnished with the care and love you would expect in your own home. There are 3 bedrooms~ a master king en suite with a 55” 4k flat screen, a queen bedroom with a 42“ 4k flat screen and a twin over full bunk room. Our home can sleep a max of 7 guests. We have provided all linens, towels, goose down pillows, and bedding. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you should expect to cook a full meal for the family. The living room has ample seating including reclining sofas, a 55” 4k flat screen, a blu-ray player, a large movie collection, and games. The dining table can seat 7 plus 2 seats are located at the island. Our home is equipped with WiFi and Netflix for your use. There is a full size Whirlpool washer/dryer for your use as well.
On the rear patio there is a gas grill (gas is provided), a fire pit (you must provide wood) and seating to enjoy the amazing panoramic view of Tom’s Canyon.
When you vacation at Under The Stars you also have the privilege of using the amazing private facilities our neighborhood offers~ Indoor pool, clubhouse, outdoor pool, playground, gym, spa, Best Friends certified dog park and hiking trails right out of our back door.
Kanab is 'the Heart of the Parks', and is the gateway to three national parks, Zion (30 Miles), Bryce Canyon (70 miles) and the Grand Canyon North Rim (70 miles). Visit the Grand Staircase - Escalante Monument, Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, The 'Wave'/Paria Wilderness, Pipe Springs National Monument, Kodachrome State Park, Cedar Breaks and Cedar Mountain. Also tour Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, or hike in the red rock country nearby. Equestrian facilities are also available. Relax with a dream vacation and re-live life in the west where dozens of western movies were made, Kanab otherwise knows as 'little Hollywood' is home to the Western Legends Roundup, every August and features vendors, great food, two live stages and the National Cowboy Poetry Rodeo. This event honors the western movie industry and highlights the 'High Noon' western parade, and much, much more.
