We were very pleased with our stay. Kate was always accessible and willing to go beyond to make our stay comfortable. The home is very up to date and attractive. My husband loved her organization...detailed instructions on how to use the TVs / DVD player. I loved the sunroom in the morning for reading along with my coffee. We would definitely consider her home again. Thank you Kate for your hospitality!
The house was perfect for our group. As aforementioned, finding a house for our specific travel group is a challenge. This year there were no complaints! Eight adults (one with mobility issues) four children and an infant had more than enough room. The open layout is great for being with family. The house had enough private space as well. The house is close enough to OC but far enough away to remain peaceful. Groceries, restaurants, even the water park ( perfect for kids 10 and under) are within a mile or so from the house. As people have mentioned the amenities were top notch. I have stayed in many airbnb's and this is among the best I have experienced. The location is right on the water, quiet and beautiful. The kids and adults loved the pool,bikes and playground ( all walkable or bike).Kate was in communication upon booking and also during the stay if needed. I would absolutely recommend to future guests.
A fantastic place to spend time with family . We have gone on many vacations with our children and grandchildren, but this was the first time we rented a home large enough to accommodate all of us. We definitely chose the right place. The home was beautiful, great size and great decor. It was all that was described and more. We were close to all the attractions Ocean City had to offer. The grandchildren loved the ocean; boat rides, parasailing, and the giant waves. They utilized the provided kayaks, bicycles, ping-pong and the foosball tables. My wife and I were at the community pool almost every day, a bonus if you don't care for the ocean water. The sleeping quarters were perfect and very comfortable. We give this home an A+ and would not hesitate to highly recommend this property to anyone interested in taking time away to the Ocean City MD area. This was a celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary and will be a family adventure we will remember for a very long time.

What a wonderful vacation house. Eight children, ranging in age from three to 16, were never bored. All that is needed at the house is your food. Everything is provided. Kate is very prompt in returning text messages or calls. Already reserved for next year. Thanks again, Kate Kushners and Martins.
