Our condo is located in the newest building on the sixth floor which is directly across from the beach. The condo is 2900 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. We have 2 private balconies with a great view of the ocean from all bedrooms and a fabulous view of the pool, tennis courts and estuary from the large outdoor living area off the main living area. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with granite counter top and a large bar area with seating for 4. The living area offers comfortable seating with a 55 inch high - def smart TV and the dining area has seating for 6. We offer beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys and more that will make your day at the beach enjoyable.
The gated complex includes indoor parking, 2 resort style heated pools, 2 clubhouses, sauna, 2 exercise facilities, 2 hot tubs, bocce ball court, lighted tennis courts, basketball, fire pit, walking trail, covered pool area with grills for your use as well as shuffle board.
New Smyrna Beach is 20 minutes away from the Daytona Speedway and the Daytona airport. The Kennedy Space Center is only 55 minutes away and one hour from Disney World, Universal Studios, Epcot and the Orlando International airport.
New Smyrna was voted Florida's Best Beach and voted by National Geographic in the Top 20 in the world for it's town and beaches.

Me and my Family Stayed at this condo for our family reunion. This condo was amazing ! Such a beautiful view of the no drive beach across the street. The complex offered lots of amenities and Items that could be taken out for free for use at the beach. The furnishings were newer and very comfortable, the unit was very nicely decorated and the balcony was nice size for family and guest to relax on. We would highly recommend this unit to our friends and family! We will see you next year!

This is my favorite place to go on vacation. New Smyrna Beach is an awesome beach town with plenty of fun activities nearby. Not only that, but this condo is amazing. Its directly across from the ocean and from the pool. The inside was very clean and very well decorated. I will definitely recommend this condo to all of my friends.
