These are General Rates for 4/30 - 10/29. June 25 - September 10 - Standard Rate, $3,600 per Week. May and September, from $2,900+ per Week. Nightly rates available too (2 night minimum). Available during both Memorial Day and Labor Day Weeks, and/or weekends, and many other non-peak weeks and weekends (3 night minimum). The Fall is the BEST time to vist LBI - no crowds, and perfect weather. Checkout Chowda-Fest Weekend and Columbus Weekend. All Standard Peak Weekly Rentals are: Check-in: Sat (2PM) - Check-out: Sat (11AM). We DO NOT charge tax with this rental. Cleaning fee of $75, is the Standard Weekly Rate. Please Note: We have a minimum age for rental of 30 Years Old. In addition, we DO NOT rent out for High School "Prom" rentals. Lastly, regarding payment: We accept payment only in Check or PayPal.
