"Ocean Trail" has a covered porch in front and a covered deck in back with outdoor furniture a Weber grill, and an 8 person hot tub. It has a grass lawn in front and back with a private trail to the ocean.
The front room has a stone fireplace, 1 couch and 2 recliners. The dining room sits 12 people. The table and padded chairs are new. The kitchen is very organized and generously appointed. Every kind of utensil, glasses and small appliances can be found in the many cabinets. A pantry is left mostly empty for your groceries. Everything in the kitchen is new and comes with "cheat sheets" for operating. A custom arcade machine with 2100 classic games is in the common area inbetween the kitchen and the living room. The Living room has a fireplace, blu-ray and 75" smart TV with Directv, MLB, NBA & NFL packages. The entertainment center has an X-box one, 18 games and 650 dvd's. The couches and chairs are all brand new.
Upstairs are the 5 bedrooms, all with new beds and mattresses. The Master suite is spectacular. It has an amazing view and a private covered deck with lounge chairs. Lay in the split king adjustable memory foam bed with massage feature and look out at the ocean or watch Tv on a 60" smart TV with directv a blu-ray player and 200 dvd's. There is a sitting area with 2 recliners overlooking the ocean. The master bath is large and also has a great view. It features a double vanity, his and her shower, water closet, and a jetted tub overlooking the ocean.
The 2nd bedroom has a split king adjustable memory foam bed with massage feature. This room also has a view of the ocean.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen adjustable memory foam beds with massage features. It has 2 new leather reclining chairs in front of 2 large windows overlooking the ocean.
The 4th bedroom has a split king adjustable memory foam bed with massage feature. It features an entertainment cabinet with 100+ dvd's, a sony playstation 3, 30 games, and a 55" smart TV.
The 5th bedroom has 2 bunk-beds. The first bunk-bed is a full over full. The second is a twin over a futon couch that folds down into a bed.
Every bed in the house is new, every mattress is new. All the sheets, blankets and towels are new.

I grew up in Portland OR. I went to Portland Christian High School and PSU. I am self employed as a fitness consultant/trainer. I have 3 kids and a dog. I visited long beach for the first time in 2008, and ever since it has been the go to spot for my family to go on vacation. I love discovery trail and walk, bike and skate on it every time I visit. I currently reside in Vancouver, WA.
Why This Property?
This home is in front of a home I just got finished building. I love the gated community, all the open space and the easy access to the beach. I knew that with a little time I could turn it into something special. The master suite is amazing, and I love going to sleep with the ocean breeze drifting in the window.

I love the private trail to the beach, the great views, and the feeling of so much space. The house is overstocked with crazy amounts of stuff to do. Impossible to get bored.
