Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
Please understand our rental season is extremely short. Refunds paid only if owner is able to re-book dates. If so, then less 20% processing fee

Property owners in Bridgton for 18 years. Our family cottage has been successfully rented since purchased in 2004. Over the years we have made many upgrades and improvements to the property. We enjoy a very fully booked rental season year after year.
Why This Property?
Beautiful family cottage with docking for your boat. We are located on the west shore of Long Lake; part of the Sebago chain of lakes that includes Sebago Lake as well as Brandy Pond. We are connected in Naples under the rt. 302 bridge "On the Causeway", about half way between Bridgton and Harrison. We are less than a half mile from the world recognized Bridgton Academy.

Waterfront property has tremendous views of Long Lake from our living room.
