There is a Sleep Number king-sized bed in the Master Bedroom. Most of the furniture is also new within the last several years.
This is a non-smoking, and no pets facility. We use this property as a second home so we continue to make upgrades.

Why This Property?
Originally purchased for my parents to use, once they could no longer come out from Michigan to Arizona, we started renting the unit out when we were not using it ourselves. Since we also use it, we have been updating both the unit itself and the furnishings.
