Beautiful Marco Island home featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main level PLUS a completely separate guest suite in the walk-out lower level!
Once you arrive, you will instantly feel at home. The main floor offers a great room with cathedral ceiling and 12 foot slider which opens fully for easy access to the upper floor of the huge 2- level screened lanai. The living room boasts a 65-inch smart TV (our cable package offers 220+ channels!) and 3 comfy leather couches plus an over-sized reading chair tucked away in the corner. The dining room features a table for 8 and the kitchen is a bright and cheery place to prepare your meals and offers another slider to the lanai for easy access to the Weber gas grill.
The large master suite features yet another slider to the lanai plus a king bed, 50-inch smart TV, reading chair and full bath with washer and dryer. The floor plan is a split bedroom design with the two upstairs guest rooms on the opposite side of the house from the master plus a pocket door to close them off from the living area of the house for added privacy. One of the upper guest rooms has twin beds and the other has a queen bed. Both guest rooms have TVs. There is also a full bath at this end of the house.
The upper lanai gives you a dining table and seating areas from which to enjoy your evenings looking out to the pretty colors of the twilight sky. Stroll down the stairs from the upper to lower lanai (also screened) and gaze upon the over-sized heated pool with spill-way spa. The pool is 14 X 28 feet and comes complete with a sun-shelf at the shallow end for relaxing in a lounge chair while cooling off and reading that book you've been meaning to get to. Spend the evenings relaxing and soothing those muscles in the spa. You might even get a glimpse of the resident tortoise, Totem, who lives on the wooded, vacant lot next door and makes his daily trek across the back yard in search of his next meal of vegetation. The lower lanai has a dining table and several lounge chairs.

It's just a short drive to the beach, where you can take a swim, search for shells or take a leisurely walk while waiting for the breath-taking sunset. Marco Island offers some of the prettiest beaches to be found and great restaurants ranging from casual outdoor waterfront spots to the high-end formal dining. The activities are endless from kayaking to renting a jet ski for an afternoon to going on a dinner cruise. Why This Property?
We first vacationed on Marco Island back in 2006. We flew home from that vacation and made a pact to, someday, have our own place there. Our property search started in 2010 and, in December of 2012, we finally closed on our home.

We first vacationed on Marco Island back in 2006. We flew home from that vacation and made a pact to, someday, have our own place there. Our property search started in 2010 and, in December of 2012, we finally closed on our home.
We had wonderful year ‘round tenants until the fall of 2015. When they bought their own home (just down the street from our house) we knew it was time to ready the property for vacationers. We had so much fun decorating and preparing the house for vacation rentals! Every wall was painted and all new furnishings, décor, linens, dishes, etc. purchased. The biggest transformation was in the back yard where a brand new 14 X 28 pool and spa were installed. We spent hours planning the “perfect” pool – one guests would dream about at the home where they would enjoy their hard-earned vacation. We tried to set the entire property up to create an awesome vacation experience for all – one they would reminisce about long after the vacation was over. Our goal is for our guests to want for nothing. Our first vacation guests arrived in mid-March, 2016. So far, every tenant has given us 5 stars and we couldn’t be more proud!
Since we live in New England, we have a local rental agency right on Marco Island who handles all of our bookings. They are available 24/7 for anything that might come up during your stay. Once you have made the decision to spend your vacation at our home we will have Kelli, our rental agent, get in touch with you to complete your booking.
