This three-story, modern classic that sleeps 6 is located in the desirable south beach area of Neskowin, a quiet, gated community. Brigadune is set in a secluded area on over an acre of wooded land on a quiet road.
The main level living area has vaulted ceilings with a skylight and a river rock gas fireplace. Enjoy cooking in the roomy, well-equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances and granite counter tops. Feel surrounded by the forest as you dine overlooking the woods. In the reading nook there are shelves of books, movies, games and puzzles. The enclosed porch has a view of the wooded area behind the house. Open the windows and listen to the birds sing or the rain fall while sipping your morning coffee. For your convenience a powder room/laundry room on the main floor has a stacked, front loading washer and dryer.
The top floor has two large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a nice little peek of the ocean through the trees and a king-sized memory foam bed as well as a gas fireplace. You will also find a large, luxurious bathroom with a roomy shower, double sinks and a fabulous claw foot soaking tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a view of the forest.
On the lower level is the third guest bedroom suite with a forest view. This room has a queen-sized bed and an attached bathroom. Access to the double garage is from the lower level. In a nook in the garage are two arcade machines, one is an upright with 60 retro games (Pacman, Galaga, Donkey Kong, etc.) and the other is a cocktail table game - Astro Fighter from 1980! No quarters required!

Why This Property?
We looked at many homes all along the Oregon Coast, but kept coming back to this one, the first house we looked at. We just fell in love with the little town of Neskowin with it's friendly people and gorgeous beach, by far our favorite beach on the entire coast. We looked at many homes all along the Oregon Coast, but kept coming back to this one, the first house we looked at. We just fell in love with the little town of Neskowin with it's friendly people and gorgeous beach, by far our favorite beach on the entire coast. With Proposal Rock to the north and the tide pools and ancient forest stumps to the south, and the most amazingly soft sand, we can't imagine being near any other beach. And Neskowin is close enough to Lincoln City and Pacific City for those times we might be in the mood for a faster paced environment.

We also love the claw foot soaking tub in the master bathroom and the lovely little peek of the ocean from the master bedroom. And our son loves the kids' room with the 2 twin beds and large TV with game system.
