We are doing many cleaning activities to sanitize the property between guests stays including an Ozone Generator to reduce germs and wiping down TV remotes and door knobs etc. No waiting on check-in or out we have keyless entry. Being next to the State Park Pier our beach is never crowded, check out the photos. We also provide the linens ourselves for a higher grade towels and sheets and paper products than the big commercial cleaners provide. We pamper our guests.

While also being close to restaurants and attractions you are also in an uncrowded beach location. The direct view of the beach offers you the sounds and sights of the ocean where you can see dolphins and sea birds play plus all the water sport activities including fishing off the beach and crab hunting at night.

property, visitors occasioned by the present or future condition of the premises, both latent and
manifest. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guest or loss of money or valuables of any
kind.
We cannot guarantee air conditioners, elevators, televisions, VCRs, appliances, exercise equipment
other amenities, etc. no refund or rate adjustment will be made for mechanical failures. ln case of
breakdown, we will strive to repair it as soon as possible after being notified by you of the problem. Do
not hang any items on the balcony railing
We provide hi speed internet with WiFi (code given with check in instructions) and cable TV with many
channels. We also have a DVR player at the condo.
We have everything you will need to cook including a coffee maker, microwave and all assorted dishes
but Guests are to furnish their own food, please take it with you when you leave. The refrigerator has
an ice maker and you are welcome to all the ice it generates. Food does not get colder quicker when
turning down the refrigerator it only freezes it up so plan waiting up to 24 hours for warm food to get
cold and please do not adjust the refrigerator temperature.
We provide a new roll of paper towels and two new rolls of toilet paper, if you need more please
purchase at a local store, there is a super Walmart at Ft. Morgan Rd and Hwy 59 and several other
grocery stores in the area.
Parking at the beach is very limited so a parking pass will be on the refrigerator good for your entire
stay, if you need more they are $38 each and need to be purchased in advance of your visit. After your
stay please do not give y
