About Tamika
We are a very active family that is always looking for a little adventure. Angel Fire is our home away from home. We have owned property in Angel Fire for 11 years. Nick and Tamika Travascio built this house in 2014.
Why This Property?
We chose this property because of the LOCATION!! We love the mountains in the summer an the winter. We have always dreamed of a having a ski-in ski-out property to call our own. Now we have that and can share it with you.
Unique Benefits
There are not many true ski-in ski-out properties in Angel Fire. You can enjoy that luxury of not having to tote your gear all the way to the lifts. We are 30 yards from the main green ski run "Headin Home". Click in and ski away! Also, with one acre of land, we get deer and elk visiting often. Great house and location

We rented Big Red's for a mountain bike trip. It's very spacious, clean and located right on the trail. Easy access to drop down to the lift and swing by for lunch.

Beautiful cabin in a lovey setting and great location for our family summer vacation. Easy communication with the owners, made for a non stressful and seamless booking and stay. We look forward to coming back to Big Red’s Cabin!!

Big Red’s Cabin was fantastic!!! Awesome location to Headin Home!!! The house was immaculate! Loved the mud room. Easy to just slip off ski boots and go warm yourself by the fire! We will definitely be coming back to Big Red’s Cabin!!!!

Beautiful Mountain Cabin

Big Red's is awesome in the summer, too! It was centrally located for day trips to Angel Fire, Red River, Taos and Santa Fe where we enjoyed many activities including zip lining, rock climbing, riding off-road UTV's through the mountains, and white water rafting. Then came back to a beautifully furnished cabin and enjoyed the surrounding woods, deer and chipmunks! Wonderful summer vacation! for the family!

Awesome Cabin in a Great Location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful cabin/home. This is beautiful location that backs up to a ski run and forest. Very quiet property with deer and elk roaming the through the yard. Being the spring and wonderful weather, our group enjoyed exploring and hiking the surrounding area. The cabin/home has a great layout with the large master upstairs with the kitchen and living area. All the other bedrooms are downstairs with easy access to 2 bathrooms and the garage. Worked wonderfully for our family group of 8 including 2 young children. The cabin/home is furnished nicely and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Everything was clean and welcoming when we arrived. We could not have asked for a better place to enjoy our Angel Fire vacation. Thank you for sharing!!
