About the Property
Our home is located on the South End of the Cape at the end of a dead end street with plenty of parking and no traffic. This is a great place for kids to ride bikes.

Spacious, open living room, kitchen and dining area. Panoramic views while you enjoy preparing dinner or relaxing after a day on the beach. Fireplace and 55" HDTV can be enjoyed from the living room, kitchen and dining area. Large kitchen with granite counter tops and bar seating for three. The kitchen is also equipped with double oven, ice maker and dishwasher. Walk in pantry to store all your supplies for your beach stay. Beach view bedroom with queen size bed and 32" HDTV. Bathroom with granite counter top and walk in glass tile shower with glass door. Walk out the sliding door from the kitchen to the screened in porch with comfortable seating and gas grill. A stairway leads from the screened in porch to the private pool area and the private beach boardwalk.

Gulf front master suite with king bed, 49" HDTV, and enormous deck overlooking the gulf. Private master bathroom with double vessel sinks, granite counter tops, walk in tile shower with glass door and jacuzzi tub. Two additional bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and 32" HDTV. The two queen size bedrooms share a large full bathroom with double vessel sinks, granite counter tops, and jacuzzi tub/tile shower combo with sliding glass doors.
Outdoor:
Private heated pool with covered patio area for hot afternoons. Outdoor shower for convenience after a day on the beach. And, a private boardwalk that leads to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

We are a family of five from the Atlanta area and we love the outdoors and the beach!! We first traveled to Cape San Blas more than 20 years ago on an anniversary camping trip. We never would have guessed that we would one day own a little piece of the beach that we camped on many years ago.

We searched the Florida Gulf Coast for just the right location for our beach house. Cape San Blas is the perfect location with quiet beaches and abundant outdoor activities. We are excited to be able to share our beach house with you.

Unique Benefits
The most striking feature of our home is the view from the living room and kitchen. The bedroom views are pretty terrific, too. But, we were sold when we first walked into the living room and had sweeping views of the gulf. We have spent a great deal of time making this home ours - adding a recreation room, bunk room and pool area.
