The kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and oven. It opens onto the lounge with comfortable dining and seating for four. The spacious master bedroom features a double bed and a small balcony; the second bedroom has two twin beds. Children welcome – baby cot, high chair and changing mattress available. The bathroom is fitted with a large walk-in shower, a wash basin, and toilet. Double-glazed windows. Cooled by fans in the summer; warmed by individual gas heaters in the winter. Second floor, no lift. Non-smoking.
TRANSPORTATION: The 100 bus to Monaco and Menton and the train station Riquier are only minutes away on foot. Tram stop: Acropolis. Parking space in our garage included at no additional cost.

We bought this apartment because we wanted a pied à terre in Nice in a safe, fun and happening neighborhood with easy access to Monaco. The neighborhood is everything we hoped it would be - close to restaurants, theatres, museums, grocery stores, children's parks. Spending time in the flat is a welcome change from our house located in the back country. Furnished with the comforts of home.
