Deposit Requirements

50% at time of booking and the balance is due 35 days before your arrival!

If you cancel 35 days before your arrival date you will receive all your money back minus 10% for administration fee and your booking fee.

If you cancel within 35 of your arrival you lose all of your money unless we can rent it. Then you get what we can rent it for minus your booking fee!
