About Donna Rumsey
Greetings! Our story started 12 years ago with a visit to Tybee. We rented in the community, loved it and decided to own. We waited for the one with the BEST view of the ocean... and got it! Tybee is about 4 hours from our home in the Atlanta suburbs. When we aren't skiing, we head to the beach, about 5 times/yr. That gives us time to upgrade and redecorate. Why This Property?
We love the beach because it's never crowded. We rented a unit in the complex ten years ago and fell in love. We waited to buy the unit with the best views and got it! We decorated with a 100% beach theme for a real costal experience inside and out.

Our home is filled with authentic local art and crafts. The moment you set foot, you know you are at the beach. Each room has ocean decor and a true beachside character. We are also one of few OCEANFRONT properties on Tybee. We are located on what is without a doubt, the most beautiful stretch of beach on the island.

Beautiful townhouse, great location

My parents, two adult daughters and hubby and I stayed at this townhouse and we loved it. It is spacious and beautifully decorated and has more than you'll ever need including a second refrigerator in the garage. We really enjoyed the artwork and it seemed that every day we would discover a new, unique piece of décor. We loved the view of the beach from the two balconies and also loved that there were pools and a restaurant available to us although we didn't use them. One thing I will note is that there are a lot of stairs in the townhouse. In order to access the main floor you have to go up a flight of 15 steps. To get to bedrooms two and three you have to go up an additional 15 steps. Fortunately for us, It wasn't a problem but could be for others that are elderly or have any physical challenges. This was our first trip to Tybee Island and we loved it. We felt really at home here and wished we would have had another week!!

I stayed in this home for my first visit to Tybee and I couldn't have been happier. Easy access to the beach and a great place to watch the sunrise from the deck. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Highly recommend this place!
